The Butterfly Foundation partnered with The Khuluma Thando Foundation to give warmth this winter to the homeless and less fortunate. We distributed a total of 162 blankets in Benoni town on the 27th of May. On the night we had multiple charities joining hands to care for the poor and homeless. Inner city Ministries has been feeding the poor and homeless in Benoni and Kempton Park for 7 years. It was a privilege to be part of this very special and humbling evening. The night started off with praise and worship, followed by a cooked meal for everyone. We then distributed the beanies, gloves, scarves (donated by Reenboog Van Hoop) and blankets (sponsored by us, The Butterfly Foundation). The night ended off with the Word of God being preached.
