Project Paint the Future was an initiative to send across an essential message through painting an educational mural at a rural school in Loita Hills. The mural depicts a strong message of contrasting futures that could potentially await the village. One side shows rich forests and lakes with smiling people while the other side shows barren, eroded land with stark and sullen looking faces. The sentence at the bottom of the painting brings the message home, “The seeds we sow today are the trees of tomorrow.”
