Our paths crossed with Peas in a Pod at the 2018 Tuks Bestmed Marathon. The girls were part of the 100 sponsored runners in the kids fun run. Urbanvest Foundation, under the leadership of Dr Anneli Swanepoel and her incredible team of housemothers look after 15 girls in a house of safety in the inner city of Pretoria. This year The Butterfly Foundation sponsored winter school clothes for all the girls.
