The WSD SA SDG Book Club has been the core activity of WSD South Africa and has the potential to have a widespread impact on the youth of our country in terms of understanding and playing their role as active citizens, realizing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and promoting reading. From April 2019 to
September 2021, the Book Club has grown as a result of the efforts of volunteers and in-kind donations from family and friends. With the continuation of the Book Club and its activities with the bare minimum of resources, the setting up of the pilot reading corner and reading corners at Jappe Fourie Primary.
