For young girls feel embraced and safe when they step into the program, and young women feel ignited and able when they step out.

The vision is to train up women to actively and positively engage in the economy and in their local church after completing their schooling.

RAISING THE BARRE

This project plays an integral part in the greater Rhythm of Hope Outreach program. With this component we are intentional with activities that can reach the objectives set out above. The mentoring Program is 14 Saturday’s morning sessions of 3 hours each, covering: Alpha course (Discipleship & Identity) Entrepreneurship & interpersonal skills. Inspirational speakers, Assignments like: i. Business Plan & “Shark Tank” pitch ii. Market day iii. Personal Budget iv. CV writing and v. Workshop planning.

We believe these girls’ lives have value and that with intentional input and useful skills they can upend a cycle of poverty in their families but also break out of poverty mindsets. They have abilities, they can take initiative, and they can access the power of God available to believers to build the Kingdom of God.
