Raising the Barre 2026 is to take girls on a journey to Showing Up with Empathy – living a life worthy of the calling they have received (Eph 4:1).
1. Discover the loving heart of the Father we teach and disciple our bursars to discover the heart of the father through scripture and personal encounter. 2. Grow in identity, emotional wellness and EQ We assess emotional wellness and EQ and then walk a personal mentorship journey with each of them to grow in their identity. 3. Grasp Biblical views on empathy, hope & justice we teach and model these values, challenging consumer entitlement with Biblical truth and a mandate to restore the brokenness in the city. 4. Stir up a desire to serve, minister & teach we give them opportunities to practice dance ministry and serve others using their skill. 5. Learn Biblical principles of financial stewardship we equip our bursars with practical skills and perspective on personal finances, stewardship and generosity.
